जिस
सुकून की तलाश में तुम दिन रात भागते फिरते हो ना, यहाँ, वहाँ हर जगह ,वो कई बार आखिर में तब मिलता ,जब उम्मीद टूट जाती है और थक हार के साँसों की धीमी पड़ती रफ्तार
में तुम्हारा मन शांत हो जाता है | तभी अचानक से कुछ ऐसा महसूस होगा जिस से बरसों की
प्यास तृप्त हो जायेगी | धीरे-धीरे दिल
दिमाग पर कुछ छा जायेगा ,जिसका एहसास पहली बार होगा तुम्हें और कहोगे, “हाँ, यही तो
मैं ढूंढ रहा था कब से “ |
वो
पल इतना धीमा होगा की वक्त ने जैसे उसे अपनी चाल से बाहर फेंक दिया हो | वो असीम मौन
और शांति तुम्हारे अंदर पहले से ही छिपी हुई
थी , बस इंतजार में थी बेपरदा होने के |उसके बाहर आने का मुख्य कारण ये था की तुम अपने
दिमाग से वो सब निकाल चुके थे, जो तुम नहीं थे | वो परत जिसके पीछे आनंद का खजाना था
,हट चुकी थी जब तुम हार मान के बैठ गये थे |
जो
तुम नहीं थे, वो सब तुमने निकाल दिया ,जिस के बाद जो तुम हो वो बाहर आ गया | इसी एहसास
की तलाश ही मादक सेवनों की लत लगाती है ,जिस से कुछ समय के लिए हमे ये सुकून मिल जाता
है | इसके बाद हम सेवन के आदि हो जाते हैं

पहाड़ों
पर चलते-चलते जब कभी तुम्हारी साँसे बाहर आ जायें और तुम बैठ के, साँसों को जब आराम
देते हो, तभी चीड़ देवदार के लंबे पेड़ों से चली हवा तुम्हारे कानों पर पड़ती है, और तुम
सुनते हो एक सन्न सी आवाज,
जिसकी
मौन गूंज में तुम खो जाते हो ,उसी पल वो सुकून का एहसास तुम्हें अपनी आगोश में ले लेता
है |
Our mind can’t remain in vaccum . Its basic nature is to
fill the vaccum. The Mind is rebellious child. That’s why to silent the mind is the
most difficult task. When we try to sit silently for meditation , you will observe
that the thoughts are coming and making disturbances. It seems this is a unbroken chain of thoughts but here is the catch. There are gaps between chain
of thoughts or there is a little pause before the next thought comes up.
See there is pause or gap between two thoughts. If you
pay complete attention to the gaps then slowly you will realise that the chain
of thought is subsiding. If we cut the thought before the next one then
these waves of thoughts will stop. With increasing awareness our observing
capacity also increases and it becomes easy to silent the mind.
Its takes practice and time.
But with focus and awareness we can make this
rebellious child to sit under control.
1 बरसों से वीरान पड़े
इस खंडर के पत्थरों
ने भी जिया होगा उस लम्हे
को ,जिस में खुशी की
लहर थी

किश्ती थी
और थे कुछ सवार |
2 अधूरी कहानी के
ये आखिरी किरदार
त्रस्त हैं, आज
शोर गुल की
बेरुखी हलचल से,
और अनजान कदमों
की आहट से,,
3 ये सुनसान
खंडर मोहताज थे
कभी हस्ती खेलती
जिदंगी से,
जो पल आज भी
मोजूद हैं
,इन टूटे
पथरों की तस्वीर पर,
जिसे वक्त की
ने फीका
कर दिया, अपनी
रफ्तार से ,
4 देखो जरा
कभी
एकांत के चश्मे, से
गुमनामी
की गवाही
देती ये
दास्तान,
जिसने आज भी
मोजूदगी से
इन खँड़रों की
गूंज को जिंदा रखा
है |
5 भटकी,
गुजरी आवाजों
को आज भी तालाश है
उन कानों
की ,
कह के
जिन्हे
ये अपनी बरसों की
बची कसक, लौट
जायें फिर गूँजते
मौन के पास |
Spirituality is the inner essence of any religion.Spirituality is that core arround which the entire strucuture of religious ideas,philosophy,values take shapes in various ways.So without spiritual content a religion is merly an empty bowl.
But with time the core becomes invisible and less important due to thrust on outer apperance.Then one day its core is gone ,thin walls changes into hard concrete with mulitple layers .This shallow and hallow system is slowly categorised into complex web of unending realities. With time spirituality is gone
But its not entirely lost.The fire of spirituality is saved by many masters,prophets and yogis from going extinct.They worked silently in choosen circle of few. For them spirituality was not a mass affair.
A spiritual life is a understanding that we all are part of same source destined for same journey towards the divine.Therefore all are equal in spiritual sense too.We are not merly bodies of flesh and bones, we are pure blissful consciousness.The ocean of happiness is inside us.Our true nature is conceiled by various identities assigned to us since birth.There is a witness inside us waiting for,to be revealed.When after a deep relaxing sleep, we wake up and say," Wow, what a wonderful sleep!". Actually who enjoyed and remembered that sleep, it was the witness not us.
I will give answer in following points to make it less complicated.
1. Do mediation,because untill the chattering of mind does't stop we can't go deep inside to have this realisation of real self.
2. Cut yours ego and belive me it is the most difficult task. It is the " I " which is the root couse of our many unending problems.
3. Live a humble and grounded life with empathy,compassion,sincerity,gratutude
4. Try to help and serve others without any selfish motives.
5. Yes occasional solitude is required but don't cut yourself from the world outside because the world is a testing ground to measure our spiritual progress (If you meditiated 13 years in cave for 13 years against whom will you judge your progress, ) not against walls of cave ,but in the world and its people.
6. Try to live a moderate life. Moderation in eating,sleeping, actions.
7. Avoid intoxicants becouse we are searching for our real self and loosing sense of self under toxic influenes can make thing's dizzy and dangerous.
8.Read the spiritual texts but don't overlook the practicle part.Knowledge is a way to understand ,not the destination.
9.Believe me the master will come when the disciple is ready.
10.If your are looking for spiritual truth of life, just believe me that grace is already there.Why among so many people only you are looking for spiritual part of life, others won't, its because of grace.
11.First the Hallahal poison will came outside, then the nector. The dark night of soul will come too, you will fall mutiple times but with faith and patience you will cross them .
वक़्त की इस दौड़ मे कहीं तो
कुछ रुका हुआ है ,
जो सामने होते हुए
भी नजरों से बचा हुआ है ,
पल की गहराई मे जो है
ओझल परतों के साये में ,
तारों सा फासला कहीं तो।,
फिर भी मौजूद, हमारे हमसाये मे,
भागदौड़ की बेचैनी में
सुकून का आखिरी शहर है वो।
मन की सीमाओं से परे
एकांत का अंतिम पहर है वो ,
जिंदगी की धुप में वो
छाँव है गुलजार की ,
घोर अँधेरी रात में तड़प
जैसे चाँद के इन्तजार की,
रेगिस्तान की तपती रेत में
बारिश की पहली रात है वो ,
बसंत के यौवन में मदहोश
फूलों की आपसी बात है वो ,
Before Yogananda Paramhans coined the term " Mahaavtar Baba ji " for this eternal being,Who was his Guru's guru, nobody amongs the worldy people have ever heard this name.Yes this great being was known to great sages, masters, seers, yogis and prophets of different religions throughout the history and civilisational ages.This timeless being is silently guiding the spiritual evolution of humanity through various ways and means.He is in-charge of this " Manuvantra" for elevating the human consciousness to its divine and original nature.
Among the Nath yogis, he was known as " Nityanath" the nath who was always there and Sri Guru.
He was also known as Baba Balak Nath, because of his youthful appearance, to Nath jogis.
Acc. to Sri M, who has been the disicple of this great being in many of his previous births this being is great Yoginath Shiv Mahadev himself.You can refer to chapter 49 in autobiography of Sri M ( Apprentice to a Himalayan Master).
You can also refer to 2nd part of Sri M autobiography( the journey continues) where more details is mentioned.
Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath has also Written a book ( Babaji The Lightning Standing Still ) on this great being.
In Sripadvallabh Charitmurtan, by Shankar Bhatt his name is also mentioned there in chapter 3.
This timeless being has many forms as our imagination can reach. We can't even think and imagine who is this being.To become worthy of his grace we have to take millions of births again and again on this earth and in many other spheres ,dimensions.He is more than divinity.He is the master of masters.He is time itself. He is the shunya, the great void.
For mortals like us it is totally futile to write about this great timeless being.But i try to provide some basic or little information in my capacity as a spiritual seeker.
